Whether you are clearing out a single room, a garage, or an entire estate, our team is equipped to handle the heavy lifting. 

 Yes, for safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport or dispose of hazardous materials. We do not accept wet paint, harsh chemicals, motor oil, asbestos, pressurized tanks (like propane), or biohazards. If you need to dispose of these materials, we recommend reaching out to your local municipal waste management facility for safe drop-off locations. 

 Our pricing is straight-forward and primarily based on the volume of space your items take up in our trailer and truck. Because every job is different, we provide free, no-obligation estimates upon arrival. Once our team assesses your junk in person, we will give you a clear, upfront price with no hidden fees before any work begins. 

  Yes, our minimum charge for any service is $185. To ensure we provide top-quality, professional service, this minimum helps cover essential operational costs for every job, no matter how small. This includes fair labor, comprehensive insurance to protect you and your property, licensing, transportation, and legal disposal fees at local facilities. 

 While we recommend being on-site so you can point out exactly what needs to go and approve the final estimate, it is not strictly required. As long as the items are easily accessible (such as placed in a driveway, yard, or curbside) and we can reach you by phone to confirm the price, we can complete the pickup while you are away. 

 We are committed to responsible and eco-friendly disposal practices. Instead of taking everything straight to the landfill, our team takes the time to sort through your items. We actively recycle eligible materials and donate gently used furniture, appliances, and household goods to local charities whenever possible.
